KJCC Deputy Superintendent Joins Board of Directors for Performance-based Standards

Kansas Juvenile Correctional Complex (KJCC) Deputy Superintendent Megan Milner recently was named to the board of directors for the Performance-based Standards (PbS) Learning Institute, an initiative of the Council of Juvenile Correctional Administrators that provides national standards for juvenile justice agencies, facilities and residential care providers.

But Thursday, earning a diploma had new meaning for the Larned Juvenile Correctional Facility (LJCF) resident whose expected release is in 2018.
