Inmates Create Works of Art

The Norton Telegram recently published a story about inmates at Norton Correctional Facility who make quilts for those in need. Last year, inmates made 300 quilts that were donated to charity.

Bethel Students Cross Cultures by Going into Prison

Students from Bethel College in Newton have collaborated with inmates from Hutchinson Correctional Facility on a theater production based on previously published monologues and dialogues combined with journal entries from the project's participants. The production, first presented at the facility with inmates, will be followed by a student-only version at the college in February.
