TOPEKA, Kansas – The Kansas Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help in locating KDOC Inmate #93668 Elvin Eugene Morris. Morris was placed on escape status at approximately 7:50 p.m. Saturday, October 2, 2021, after he failed to report back to the Wichita Work Release Facility.

Women's Correctional Facility to Host Annual Plant Sale

Topeka Correctional Facility (TCF) will hold its annual plant sale from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, May 9, through Saturday, May 14, on the grounds of the correctional facility located at 815 S.E. Rice Rd., Topeka. Proceeds from the sale benefit TCF inmate self-help groups such as Pooches and Pals, the Running Free Running Club, the African American Culture Group and Reaching Out From Within.
